WHEN DOES THE SALE GO LIVE?
The AYBL Summer Sale will go live on Monday 25th July at 7pm BST / 2pm EDT / 8pm CET. So, clear your diaries and block out your calendars because when we say this is a sale not to be missed, we mean it. Besides, our up to 70% discounts wait for no one.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET EARLY ACCESS?
Yes, yes and yes!
If, like us, you live for exclusive access, then you’ll be pleased to hear you can sign up to shop our sale an hour before anyone else. That way you’ll get first dibs on all the goodies and who can say no to that?
WILL THE SITE GO DOWN?
We want to make your shopping experience as seamless (pun definitely intended) as possible, which is why our site will go down at 9am BST / 4am EDT / 10pm CET on Monday 25th July.
Our site will then be back up and running at 6pm BST for those of you who have secured early access. For everyone else, you’ll have to wait till 7pm. Why not sign up for early access now?

WILL THERE BE A QUEUING SYSTEM TO ENTER THE WEBSITE OR AT CHECKOUT?
Nope! There will be no queuing system at the checkout or to enter the website.
However, if you want to be first in line to shop all of our discounted ‘fits, we recommend signing up for early access.
CAN I USE MY STUDENT DISCOUNT?
Absolutely! Throughout our Summer Sale, you’ll still be able to access your 10% student discount through Student Beans to use on top of our already discounted prices. Don’t say that we don’t treat you!

ARE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED?
Unfortunately, no. As much as we would love to reserve all of our Summer Sale treats, there’s simply just too many of you. Now there’s an even bigger reason to move fast when our sale goes live!
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO USE YOUR BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTIONS?
Of course you can! We’re all for making shopping simple, so during the sale, you’ll still be able to use all of our buy now, pay later methods. After all, no one deserves to miss out on AYBL.

CAN I CANCEL AND/OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We completely understand that circumstances can change and you may wish to cancel your order. While we can’t make any promises, if you contact our friendly Customer Service Team ASAP, we will do our very best to try and cancel your order before it’s shipped.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes to your order once it’s been confirmed. So, make sure you’ve double (even triple) checked your order at the checkout!
I’VE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN THEY BE COMBINED?
If you’ve placed multiple orders, unfortunately, we’re unable to combine these into one. But the beauty of it is, you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY’S BEEN TAKEN?
First things first, don’t panic! Our sales are always an extremely busy time for us - not that we’re complaining, of course - so it may take up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to arrive. Chances are, it may have landed in your junk/spam folder, so we’d recommend you check there.
If after 24 hours you still haven't received your confirmation email, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY?
You’ll be pleased to know that all of our usual shipping options will be available throughout the duration of our sale!
We know how important it is to receive your order on time (it’s important to us too!), but as you can imagine it’s going to be pretty hectic to say the least. Our Warehouse Team will be working around the clock to ensure your order is picked, packed and shipped quickly, but please bear in mind that there may be a slight delay in your order being dispatched.
Please note your shipping timeframe will begin once your order has been shipped. From then, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting our Customer Service Team. We know it can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but it’ll be worth it, we promise!
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Rest assured, ladies, our returns policy will remain the same during our sales period, so you can shop with peace of mind.
You’ll still have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, providing the items are in their original selling condition with all tags attached.
